Your Glam'RUp service fee is paid separately and in advance. We accept Zelle and secure QuickBooks payment links for debit card payments.
How It Works
Glam’RUp works behind the scenes as an extension of your organization, providing agreed-upon reconciliation and financial support within your established processes and systems.
Services are provided on a recurring monthly basis, with the scope of support established according to your reconciliation and bookkeeping needs.
Getting Started
1. Discuss Your Needs
We’ll discuss the reconciliation or bookkeeping support your organization needs, including anticipated workload, processes, and expectations.
2. Establish the Scope
We’ll define the accounts, reconciliations, and related responsibilities included in the monthly engagement.
3. Provide Access & Procedures
Your organization provides the necessary system access and any procedures, deadlines, or documentation requirements for the assigned work.
4. Stay Informed
You’ll receive timely communication regarding discrepancies, missing information, or items requiring your attention.
How Commission Reconciliation Works
Commission reconciliation can be completed using commission statements, reports, and applicable agency records provided in Excel, CSV, PDF, or other agreed-upon formats. Carrier passwords are not required when the necessary reconciliation records are provided.
Monthly pricing is based on the number of carrier statements, reconciliation volume, and scope of support. More than 30 carrier statements, unusually high volume, extensive discrepancy research, or incomplete records may require a custom quote.
