These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Glam’RUp Bookkeeping website and bookkeeping services provided by Glam’RUp Bookkeeping. By engaging Glam’RUp Bookkeeping for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any separate service agreement applicable to your engagement.
1. Bookkeeping Services
Glam’RUp Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping support that may include QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, financial report preparation, and other bookkeeping services agreed upon in advance.
The specific scope of services will be established before work begins.
2. Client Information & Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information necessary to perform bookkeeping services.
Glam’RUp Bookkeeping is not responsible for errors, delays, or incomplete work resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client or an authorized third party.
3. Account Access
When access to QuickBooks Online or other financial platforms is necessary, clients are responsible for providing appropriate authorized access.
Clients should not provide personal passwords when accountant, user, or other authorized access can be granted through the applicable platform.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are based on the scope, volume, and bookkeeping needs of each engagement.
Payment terms will be provided and agreed upon before services begin. Services may be paused or discontinued if required payment is not received.
5. Confidentiality
Glam’RUp Bookkeeping will use reasonable care to maintain the confidentiality of client financial and business information and will use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the business, or comply with applicable law.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Services may involve third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online, financial institutions, document-sharing services, email providers, or payment processors.
Glam’RUp Bookkeeping is not responsible for the availability, security, performance, policies, or technical issues of third-party platforms.
7. Bookkeeping — Not Tax, Legal or Investment Advice
Glam’RUp Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services and does not provide legal, investment, or tax advice or tax preparation unless specifically agreed upon and legally permitted.
Clients should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding tax, legal, investment, or other specialized matters.
8. Accuracy & Review
Glam’RUp Bookkeeping will perform services with reasonable care based upon the records and information provided.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing their financial information and notifying Glam’RUp Bookkeeping promptly of known errors, missing information, or discrepancies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Glam’RUp Bookkeeping will make reasonable efforts to provide bookkeeping services accurately and in accordance with the agreed-upon scope. However, services are based on information and records provided by the client or authorized third parties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Glam’RUp Bookkeeping will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including inaccurate or incomplete client information, third-party platform issues, or actions of third parties.
10. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Glam’RUp Bookkeeping makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current but does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the website or its operation.
11. Intellectual Property
The text, graphics, logos, images, and other original content on this website are the property of Glam’RUp Bookkeeping or are used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
12. Termination of Services
Either party may discontinue services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement.
Any outstanding fees for services already performed remain due upon termination.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
